No-Code & Marketing Fundamentals
COURSE BREAKDOWN
Spring Cohort: March 8 - April 14, 2022 In 6 weeks, Our Wave Faculty will teach the basics of no-code, marketing and entrepreneurship over live-virtual sessions. The course is interactive by design and embraces a learn-by-doing approach to skills training.
Week 1
Meet your Faculty & your Peer Group, set your intentions for the course & establish the problem you're interested in solving.
Week 2
Learn the basics of design thinking to better understand and empathize with your user and build according to their pain points.
Week 3
Learn the fundamentals of no-code and put your skills to action by building an app from scratch.
Week 4
Develop key messaging for your ideal customer and define your company's brand identity, personality and purpose.
Week 5
Draw your customers to your landing page by applying the 5W's of web design.
Week 6
Learn best practices for pitching & effective storytelling. Showcase everything you've built & learned at Our Wave's Student Showcase.
LEARNING EXPERIENCE
The virtual training program will run two evenings a week for six weeks. Total class time is max 4 hours a week.
