To be eligible for the program you must be an Ontario resident between the ages of 18-29. We will give special consideration to those who have been or are at risk of experiencing job loss due to COVID-19. As part of our mission to promote an equitable economic recovery, this program will prioritize applicants from historically underrepresented groups including women, racialized groups and Indigenous people.

No. Our Wave’s training is designed to introduce participants to foundational no-code & digital marketing concepts. No prior technical background is required for entry into the course but some technical know-how will be beneficial.

The live-virtual training program will kick-off on March 8, 2022 and will run for a total of 6 weeks ending April 14th, 2022.

There will be a maximum of 3.5 hours of class time per week. Lectures will be hosted on Tuesdays from 6 PM ET. Peer Group Work time will be hosted on Wednesdays at 6PM or 7PM depending which group you are assigned to. Additional Partner Workshops will be hosted some Thursdays at 6 PM ET.

Our Wave’s No-Code & Marketing Fundamentals will provide participants with the knowledge-base, practical tools and access to networks required to navigate jobs in clusters such as marketing, product development, and brand strategy.

Ideally, yes. The learning journey is structured to follow a logical flow that builds upon each week. To get the most of the program, you should attend all live sessions. If you do so, you will receive the full course credit, which can be verified as a digital credential on LinkedIn.

No-Code & Marketing Fundamentals will be run by the team and community at Our Wave Hub. The program will be delivered in partnership with the Government of Ontario and with the support of industry partners.
